Rebolt installs smart EV charging stations in designated common parking areas of the apartment complex. The placement is planned to ensure easy access, electrical safety, and minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.
Connected to Common Electrical Infrastructure

Instead of drawing power from the resident’s apartment meter, the charger is connected to the common electrical panel of the apartment complex. This avoids the need for individual apartment load upgrades and prevents imbalance or safety issues across the building.
Accurate Energy Measurement

Each charging session is individually metered, capturing precise energy consumption for that specific resident. This ensures complete transparency and eliminates guesswork or disputes around electricity usage.
Automated Billing & Payments

Rebolt automatically calculates the charging cost based on actual usage and handles billing and payment collection directly from the resident. There is no manual tracking, no invoicing by the RWA, and no follow-ups required.
Clear Settlement & Reporting for the RWA

At the end of every billing cycle, Rebolt provides the RWA with detailed settlement reports, including energy consumed per charger, amounts billed and collected, payable amount toward common electricity usage, thus giving the RWA full visibility and clean financial reconciliation.
