How Rebolt Community Works

Community Charger Installation

Rebolt installs smart EV charging stations in designated common parking areas of the apartment complex. The placement is planned to ensure easy access, electrical safety, and minimal disruption to existing infrastructure.

App-Based Resident Access

Residents access the chargers using the Rebolt mobile app. They can view charger availability, start and stop charging sessions, and track their usage—all without any manual coordination with the RWA or security staff.

Usage-Based Charging

Every charging session is metered in real time. Residents are billed strictly based on the electricity they consume, ensuring fairness and transparency across all users.

Automated Payments

Payments are collected automatically through the app at the end of each session or billing cycle. There is no cash handling, no manual follow-ups, and no reconciliation effort required from the RWA.

Transparent RWA Settlement & Reporting

Rebolt provides the RWA with clear monthly settlement reports, detailing total energy consumed, individual resident usage, amounts collected and payable, thus ensuring accurate accounting, easy audits, and zero billing disputes.
